All orders are final unless your product is damaged. If your items were damaged please email customercare@keyantakoils.com 

Q. I gave an incorrect address and my order was lost, can I get a refund?

We do not refund for lost packages.

Q. My order was shipped back to KK Beauty, will you reship my package?

It is important to verify your address when placing your order. we will gladly reship your package. It will be your responsibility to pay the $6.99 reship fee.

All packages are shipped via USPS.
